Sheila Jenks Odum Scholarship Gala
The Temple of Glory Community Church is elated to announce our inaugural Sheila Jenks Odum (SJO) Scholarship Gala. A woman of class, grace, wisdom and poise, Sheila Jenks Odum served as the First Lady of the Temple of Glory Community Church for more than 36 years, alongside her husband, Bishop Matthew M. Odum in Savannah. Before the Lord called her home in April of 2021, Lady Odum was a scholar, an entrepreneur, and a student of the Word of God.
In memory of her relentless pursuit of excellence and uncompromising commitment to the Body of Christ, it is our mission to carry on the legacy of a woman who believed in the power of education.
Not to be missed, we are planning for a truly unforgettable evening that will take place soon. This black tie event will be held at the Annette Saulters Fellowship Hall located on Temple of Glory’s campus.

In honor of the late Sheila Jenks Odum, Temple of Glory Community has organized our inaugural SJO Scholarship Gala to support students pursuing higher education. The goal is to raise $100,000 to help students lessen the financial burden of the rising cost of college expenses.
